Making temporary alteration inside the sectional Tittle property

I must confess I am not clued up on all the BS laws. I avoid sectional title like the plague.
I have come to the same conclusion. It's an attractive concept and would work out great if people actually did their jobs, sadly they do not, and it ends up costing everyone a lot more than a full title home.

i live in and own my apartment in our sectional title place and here you can go mad inside as long as you do not **** with the integrity of the structure. Nor build on beyond the exterior walls. My neighbour took his interior brick walls down in lounge and in kitchen to have 1 massive open plan room (back in the 50s when this place was built it was unheard of to do this).

I have never had anyone here inside (who lives here) so how the hell would they know if i put up a dry wall or not? Sounds like you have old people living there who have nothing better to do than complain.

As you know Chucky, in this country, the verkrampte old swines will rather make everyone's life a misery rather than accept that they're old, and go live with other people their age, in a retirement village.
