How the hell does one comment on this?

ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema on Thursday questioned the government's tendering system, saying it has plunged the country into a "political crisis".

There was no need for giving out tenders if the government expanded its internal capacity, he told reporters in Pretoria on Thursday while speaking about the league's programme of action for economic freedom.

"The state depends too much on the tendering system and this has lead to a political crisis."

Shoddy work was being provided by "corrupt companies some of which are working with political leadership".

"If we building internal capacity then there is no need for the tendering system. Everything is outsourced, including cleaning and security services... we want a state that has capacity to deal with all those things."

Didn't see him complain when he was on the receiving end.

Shoddy work was being provided by "corrupt companies some of which are working with political leadership".

Is Juju referring to his company who did some work in Limpopo? I think they built a road or a bridge which subsequently was found to be substandard and giving problems.

Julius Malema’s company has won at least R140?million in government tenders over the past two years

lol

Actually it was found that city press did the shoddy work & were subsequently ordered to withdraw the story. Not defend Juju, just saying those reports were stretched a bit.

There is also the taxi rank that his company screwed up in Limpopo

According to Mosomane the picture on the newspaper’s front page of the “bridge” is misleading.

The following statements in the story are also said to be false, namely that:
3 bridges and roads that the SGL Engineering Projects (SGL) built were washed away;
some local employees complained that they were not paid;
the Greater Letaba and Mopani district municipalities paid SGL upfront;
only a portion of one of the two bridges constructed last year is still in place (Greater Letaba Municipality – GLM);
the GLM project was abandoned;
Mathale was aware of the GLM problem;
the road was 5 km long (Lepelle-Nkumpi Municipality); and
SGL was appointed as contractor (Mutale Municipality).

You are quoting the complaints, I see most of the complaints was dismissed.

And you say you are not defending Malema:o
It's the judgement not the complaint BBSA. The complaint was brought by the Limpopo government and some of their complaints were dismissed, but the reporting on Julias were found in favour.

What I read in this is that Malema do not even know whats really going on, after all he failed woodwork. Damn zombie idiot.
