Malema faces arrest

Whether or not Juliaaas goes down depends on two things.

1. The size of the cheque big business offered Jacob.

2. Just how much dirt Juliaaaas has on Jacob,

i wouldn't get my hopes up, if he gets bust i'm sure he will suddenly get very "ill" and be released back to his cronies.

People never learn, Malema will win either way. If he gets arrested then he will stand outside courts telling his supporters that this is all politically motivated and he therefore will get more support.

Another thing, if Malema gets arrested, charged an convicted and goes to jail, that does not mean that the problems facing the country must be ignored. We have ignored the poor for far too long. It was never rosy in South Africa, it wasn't a nice rainbow nation before Malema came to the scene, there were problems and there are still problems. We can blame the ANC all we want but the fact is that we should all learn and get into out heads that we all need to do more to make this country work. If the poor get ignored time and time again then another Malema will use those poor people to make himself/herself rich. We as South Africans need to do more, working hard and paying tax doesn't work in this country. It might work in Australia (paying tax and working hard) but not here.

If the poor get ignored time and time

TAX payers are already burdened enough, FACT is the ANC needs to GO!
People that vote for the ANC are the problem that needs to be sorted out FIRST, there are a couple on this forum.
Education has failed the poor you speak of, who is in charge of that?

We get the ANC out of the way and the country can move forward and you'll find that "well off" people will come out of the wood work to assist the less advantaged.

Hahahaha.. arrest... my @rse!

The sheriff didn't even attach malema's possessions after a court order... The top brass ANC haven't even concluded disciplinary action against Malema..... you really think the HAWKS are going to arrest him and find something BAD ?

Get real.

Malema points out the problems that are there but has got the wrong solutions for all of those. most of them are driven by his own and his cronies selfish desires. I mean, how is nationalising the economy going to solve unemployment as an example? Already government is the biggest employer and yet unemployment continues on an upward spiral. Government's level of productivity is pathetic. We all know that because we often get frustrated when we want to get simple tasks done like having your vehicle license renewed. Now, can you imagine if the private sector (mines and banks) functioned like the public sectors ? This would mean less capital investment, less jobs, more unemployment.:erm:

But yet you continue to support them  My god !!

Well in this case, it's just not the Hawks checking, it's also SARS...

And just for affecting the awarding of a tender EVEN WITHOUT MONETARY BENEFIT, is punishable by 15 years...

It's like Al Capone peoples - he was never sent to jail for being the mafia don, he was sent to jail for not paying his taxes...

I say all political parties' top structures needs to be audited every year... And that should include all bank accounts, trusts in his/her name, as well as family member's names... Privacy be damned - you wanted this public position...

yeah, i think Julius has lost his 'comrade corruption protection and insurance' benefits from the ANC, i think he has pissed off too many people to dodge this one.

We have ignored the poor? No, the ANC has ignored the poor. Yes, there is still some work that the whiteys can do, but the ANC carries more guilt here. It is their responsibility to uplift the poor, and they have failed completely. You cant ask us to do more to make up for the fact that the government is carp and does not care about the poor. No matter how much we normal people do, we cannot fix all of the roads and all of the schools and provide water and lights for all of the currently disadvantaged communities. We just cannot.

And you know, the ANC has not failed because the whiteys opposed them or they didnt have the funds. They have failed to uplift the poor because A) they dont care and B) they are greedy.

R100 says that if he goes to jail he'll compare himself with Nelson Mandela and declare himself a martyr for the people. His supporters will buy any and all spin that he throws their way...

Oh I'm sure there will soon be Malema merchandize too.
I cant wait for the official commemorative Julius Malema toilet paper so I can wipe my bum with his face!

Whats everyone so excited about?? Its just Juju's graduation ceremony, he's becoming a proper ANC man now.
