"This resulted in a violent clash with police, with State Security Minister Siyabonga Cwele being manhandled and SABC cameraman Rudi le Roux injured as chairs were flung into the air.

A bloodied Le Roux was taken to Christiaan Barnard Hospital after being hit by a chair.

both were unemployed and lived with their mothers, who also had no jobs."

Now is this our future leaders?

Heckling the prez but in true ANCYL style are young, jobless, and staying with their jobless parents.

What a future?

Sure they are "previously disadvantaged". That entitles them to throw chairs at a meeting where the prez is present?

Great guys this.:o

The problem is these are the people that gets bussed in to the ANCYL gatherings.
The mess the first day of the malema hearing comes to mind.
Yet the YL doesn't mind to have these thugs to be known as their supporters.
Bunch of hooligans.

What is the big deal here? The ANC's disciplinary committee appeals board (or whatever it is called) decided that storming a stage wasn't in contravention of the ANC's constitution.

there will be no verdict today.. and I will put money on it. The Disciplinary panel will give an excuse on why they cant give a verdict and need to PROBE (sic!) the matter.

My money is on Malema staying ANCYL pressie
