Johannesburg - Chaos has erupted in Tembisa where EFF leader Julius Malema and his supporters were pelted with rocks and stopped from campaigning at the Sethokga hostel.

The hostel is a hot spot where two EFF supporters were fatally assaulted in May. Malema earlier visited their families to offer support and condolences.

At the hostel sjambok wielding men blocked Malema’s way and vowed to assault him up if he entered. A defiant Malema went in however, and was pelted with rocks, while some of his supporters were chased and assaulted as police fired rubber bullets and live ammunition into the air to prevent further chaos.

Video please. Would love to see the fatty making a dash for it...

"Julius Malema lost his temper at a police station in Tembisa after an armed group of men attacked EFF members during a walkabout on the East Rand."

Yep, he actually did make a good point there, and he is honestly pissed.

He's pissed because he had to run and fatty doesn't like running. Running is a western concept.

But yes, the cops do need to start arresting people with weapons. Wasn't that the whole point of the dangerous weapons act that came out a year or two ago, no weapons at mass gatherings...

Only applies when weapons are aimed at ANC members, by non-ANC supporters.

"Back in Tembisa, News24 multimedia reporter Hasan Variawa has been injured by the anti-EFF group.

He was struck on the back of the neck while recording video." :D

One thing though,

Who is in charge here, at the hostel? Malema could had acted more democratically, and he might have even milked the situation.

Going back to May,

But witnesses at the hostel claim that EFF members arrived at Sethokga and started breaking windows in residential blocks and forced people to join them.

"They were not campaigning. They came here carrying sticks and brooms singing struggle songs. That is not the right way to campaign," said a resident.

Another witness said the clashes started when one of the EFF members shouted "down with the ANC."

"People agreed with the other slogans. The problem started when they said phansi ngeANC (down with the ANC), then all hell broke loose."

A month later... what result did they expect, because it looks like the EFF marched to the hostel.

So, watching Malenima and the police ..... with all the so whats flying about ..... George Orwell animal farm popped into my head.

Are they better off than when Mr. Jones ran the farm?

Haha! Fatboy sounds like a disgruntled whitey with all the shouting about how incompetent the cops are. Sucks eh, fatteh? :D
