Just out of curiosity do you know of specific instances where the homeowner was tried and actually convicted for shooting an intruder?

On the same token at 80 murders average a day of where only a few is reported to be newsworthy do you think we are at least confining 40 murderers a day to jail? Why?

I'm not sure what relevance that has to the question I asked Syndyre?

No but I do know specifically of a case where someone was tried.

I'd be far more concerned if there were convictions.

A lot! They do not catch the criminals and convict them due to incompetence, so how will they convict the homeowners. Fact is it should not even get to a trial stage. Simply should have been thrown out by the director general!
