Mandela let us down

He not only let blacks down but the entire country down a few elites apart. Only gullible lemmings think 250 000 murdered, billions wasted through corruption and absolute minimal service delivery was a success worthy of idol worship.

Thats harsh, you do know we have had 2 presidents since him?

to a certain extent he did (not neglecting his great achievements).
had he been more aligned to the freedom charter at his release,
then today sharing the natural wealth would not seem like a sin.
but it is said that the ANC sold the people out before we voted,
this is much more than Madiba himself, and those sell-outs, many
of them are still living lives of luxury, while millions suffer in
poverty

Yip, and now even the new guys in the ANC are living in luxury while millions suffer, see a pattern?

Like you? With internet access? I want the real voice of the poor. The working class poor. Not you and your kamerade acting falsely on the will of the people which is entirely your own.

yes, very similiar to the DA politicians

You know what the worst part is. Stupid people like you that are half-educated and acting 'for the poor'. And you know what happens when you take and nationalize everything and everything you and your imbecile buddies touch turns to ashes? Who will suffer? The poor.
The very people you claim you wish to help.

Hey, I don't support the DA so I'm not going to care about that comment but you do know that the DA has never ruled the new SA only the ANC. Poverty is still as rampant as it was back in 1994 so one would think they are failing miserably, wouldn't you? Yet you guys still keep voting them in, why not try a different party? You might be pleasantly surprised.

Well in all fairness, unemployment is at a all time low. The DA though do they utmost to be seen as living in luxury, they can't be seen as this as then they will be the same as the ANC.

Whether he let the country down or not is debatable. But at the very least he knows how to conduct himself in a civil and gentlemanly manner, unlike the current crop of poorly educated buffoons.

edit: btw he could easily have declared 'war' on whites when he came to power, but chose to turn the other cheek. Things could have been a lot worse than they currently are.
