I found my on my DK hes ground mount and epic flying mount icons switched.
And in UP hc last nigth third boss kept reseting and disapearing.

Lol, We had Malygos resetting last night after an Evade.... There is nothing in that instance where the draggon can hide behind...

Those arent new
Dude i did UP HC like 15 times for sword and this never happened before on this boss after he mounts
he dissapears.

And you cant go on with instance.
happens over and over.

So yeah i think it NEW :)
And the DK bug is NEW too just happened after patch so my point is its NEW.
get it NEW

I have run Pinnacle enough to get the mount twice,it's NOT the first time it's happened ;)

You can go on easily enough,he releashes after you run out and back in the instance

And the icons switching is not new,my Gryphon's had Avenger's Shield, and my drake has had BoM as its icon

Only happened to me with this patch.

The bugs are noted and to be fixed.

No one is perfect. Remember by adding new features one is likely to only stumble on problems once it goes live. I have to admit that Blizzard has been doing a great job at minimizing bugs always and have been fixing them rather quickly :)

Only a hand full of bugs currently and they made a crap load of changes. I think it was rather successful.

So it must be new because you haven't seen it...Somehow...That's flawed

New tanking Runechant should make it easier to reach Def cap with normal 2handers equipped

we had a DK tank for us while dual wielding. He was surprisingly good at it compared to warriors/pallies.

Ofcourse you need to be hit capped in order to not suck so much.

Admittedly the weaknesses in Dual wield are down to two factors

Due to higher weapon speeds the chances of Parry attacks are higher due to Parry mechanic being percentage based and more swings = more chances of parries

Secondly threat,as you'll be parried more and your offhand has a heightened chance of missing due to Dual-Wield mechanics

As for the best solutions to this kind of issue

Stacking expertise over hit is your main priority as expertise>hit point for point. Not only does expertise stacking also equate to landing hits ( like the Hit rating mechanic ) but,it also overcomes dodge/parry chance which Hit does not. As it's a single roll on the attack table for Hit/Dodge/Parry etc Expertise negates the need to stack hit until the cap is reached for Parry and Dodge(dodge being the higher expertise cap at around 15% )

DW DK Tanks need to expertise Cap before they Hit Cap.

On of our DK's is testing it out and he's finding it really good for TPS, I would imagine that the Threat change to Runic Strike would only make this spec better for raw TPS.

I might try it out later on but I don't have the right gear or weapons for it yet and I'm quite enjoying the new Blood Tanking spec I'm using.
41K Raid buffed makes me <3

where did you get that expertise hit info, as I have been balancing the 2 on my pally to remove my miss/getting dodged/parry chance, may be worth my while looking at expertise on my gloves then vs armsman etc

One of my mates over with tankingtips reminded me of an old question regarding 1roll/2roll attacktables and after that I went and checked the numbers a bit which confirmed 1roll attacktables.

He coined the term "effective hit"

1% Expertise = 1%Hit for effective hit,however
1% Expertise also reduces chance to be parried/dodged so then effectively speaking Expertise is more valuable than hit point for point

So not only will your attacks land just as often when you reduce boss dodge/parry rather than stacking hit,but your chance of being parry-gibbed is lessened making expertise > hit

He had far more elegant calculations but thats the gist of it

Just a reminder that Expertise has 2 caps. There is a cap to remove the bosses ability to Dodge which is the cap for Melee DPS. It's 26 Expertise Rating I think.
Tanks have a higher Expertise cap as they need to remove the bosses Parry as well.
I can't remember what the Parry Cap is though but think along the lines of 46 Expertise Rating.
