No excuses. They should provide it. It is criminal to send people into the 21st century world without proper computer skills.

I'm blaming the government here... They don't care or check up on teachers. I've seen rural schools where teachers just don't pitch up for work - weeks at a time.

But still, I think for some, there are bigger issues in these areas.

Agreed, they need biometrics installed at all schools and a public naming and shaming of the teachers who play hooky the most.

If the teachers can't do their work, how the hell must the kids pass school?

The kids have no intention whatsoever to pass school.
