Map of ADSL-enabled exchanges?

Hi,

I know it's a longshot, but does anyone have access to a map of ADSL-enabled exchanges? I know you can look up your local exchange to see if it is enabled, but is there an overall map in existance?

Yep, this will be great!

Even some GPS co-ords so we could map it on google earth.
