March 31 unlimited data telkom

i'm on the smart plan100 with the iPhone 5s and was told that I have unlimited data till the 31 March 2016 and this was true as I used to download always and check my bundles and it used to be untouched until this morning where I received an sms saying " Your "Included All Networks Data" bundle has been used up." And so I checked my bundles again and see the data is now coming out of my bundles and so I phone 180 and they tell me they looking at my account details and saying they see nothing of the sort!! I mean how can it be there for 2 months and they all of a sudden be gone??? Help please any info will be very helpful!!

I'm on the same plan and barring slow network speeds and intermittent no service messages have also been able to use the "unlimited" telkom mobile data. Perhaps your telkom connection dropped during download and forced you onto the roaming service?

Just FYI - My understanding is that the unlimited data in only until March 2015??

Yes 2015 sorry my bad typo........ Yes I phoned telkom and was told my the lady that she is looking at my account details Md is seeing no unlimited data of any sort and now my data is going like normal and I'm still on telkom it says so on the top left corner
