Market For second hand Moble CPUS

I don't think there's a very big market, but don't trust just my opinion.

Not many people upgrade their laptop CPU's or even realise it can be done, but there are the exceptions...

well, that's the same problem I sit with. People who does upgrade their laptop's normally upgrade the stock Celeron CPU's to Core2Duo's. But then, what do you do with those old Celeron's? Who'll buy them?

Well I got a T7300 C2D I am trying to offload

nice processor for someone looking for a cheap upgrade

Well I would be interested in a really old Pentium M cpu to replace the Celeron in my laptop.

My laptop has well documented heat issues at 1.66 GHz, so at 2GHz it would probably fall over heat wise :(

shouldnt a faster processor run cooler at the same processing load?

Well you will be putting more load on it as it is clocked at the higher speed, no?

My 1.66GHz T5500 is draws 34W, the T7300 draws 35W.

Trouble is it's the GPU that causes all the kark, and they are heat-piped together in a laptop which will compound issues. Sure a cooler pad would help, but they are a schlep lugging them about.
