You are missing out on the corollary of this.
Men are judged by the amount of resources they accumulate, while woman, generally are not.

All of this is a result of that nasty, racist, imperialistic concept of evolution.

First some biological hate facts, -on which accepting them makes you a science-hating-neo-nazi-eugenicist
A woman's fertility is highly dependant on their age, as well as the health of the offspring.
A man's fertility is not dependant on their age.
Woman are particularly vulnerable when pregnant and with young children.
Men do not have this vulnerability.

Men who didn't judge woman by their appearance and reproduced with older woman would be less likely to have lots of healthy offspring. Men who judged woman by their appearance would be more likely to have lots of healthy offspring.
The opposite side is also explained.
Woman who didn't judge men by the amount of wealth they controlled would be more likely to have troubles in raising healthy children.
Woman who did judge men by the amount of wealth they controlled would have less trouble finding resources for their children.

Actually I think more women attempt suicide, but men are more likely to be successful.

In education boys are also discriminated against at every school level. More boys fail and drop out. Stereotypical boyish behaviour is typically frowned upon and often punished.

Women, especially, judge men on their appearance, truth be told. I'm a scruffy fccker, I know what it's like to be judge on my appearance as a man.

Any man who thinks they aren't judged on their appearance needs to ask himself why he shaves, trims his facial hair, brushes his hair, buys new clothes, puts on clean clothes every day, etc.

Any woman who thinks that, needs to ask why they could tell me what shoes every man in the same room as them is wearing without taking a second look.
