yeeeeeeah... i cant wait!

I wouldn't say the AI were that stupid (maybe I just suck that much... they should balance the game a bit more though; playing as a soldier is definately way easier although you cant use biotics which is way more fun), my only complaint with the first game was some of the bugs and for some reason it made my graphics card run way hotter than any other game I have? Otherwise I LOVE MASS EFFECT!

First game was way to short. I finished the second and third playthrough on hard nd insane difficulty under 15 hrs.

This is going to be an epic game!!!! Can't wait.
I also finished my 3rd and 4th round quite quickly. I think it was about 10 or so hours.
The thing is I did not play through all the missions and mostly played the main story, as I already have most upgrades

They better improve the side quests and other planets. They were bland and boring and not up to the normal BioWare standard.

some of the planets were kinda cheap but BioWare were clever in making the universe look bigger than it actually was... not all planets could be inhabitable and a lotta planets are gas giants.
The galaxy map took my breath away the first time i opened it (i know that sounds gay... but it did ). BioWare genius.

All of the side quest planets were utter *****.Detracted from a great game.Agree with you on the galaxy map.It was amazing.

I finished the first game this morning at about 02:30. What a freaking amazing game. I didn't even finish all the side quests and plots, which means I'll have to play it again

However, I have noticed some bugs in the game, which I hope the 1.1 patch will sort out. I am unable to chat to Alenko or Liara on the Normandy, all the dialog options just vanish and the game just does nothing. Sucks, because I really wanted to chat to them and learn more about them.

Overall, I loved this game and will get the sequel as soon as I am able to next year. Truly, it is space opera and I it.

The last game that gripped me like this was Neverwinter Nights, also made by Bioware. Somehow, they just make their games so darn good.

If you do only the main quest you can easily finish the game in 15 hours even without skipping the conversations. My one regade playthrough is clocked at 14 hours 48 minutes.

ME2 great game, wish it lasted longer, but great story line & gameplay, I loved it. Will do insane run through. Hope DC's come soon! Side missions a little lame tho'
