Hacker pleads guilty in massive credit card theft

The man accused of orchestrating the largest credit card theft in US history pleaded guilty to charges in two other cases that could put him behind bars for up to 25 years.

Shows how unsafe is the information that you have to give out to all these different places.

Now in SA a LEGAL requirement to hand over so much personal information.

The only reason this type of cracker has not some to SA is because the gains are so pitiful

-- most people are so over their credit limts it hardly makes it worthwhile.

The only people worth stealing from are the banks -- and I have yet to hear of a major exploit involving them. ( Not counting stupid blowing up of ATM's )
