VERY easy. Start at the TOP. Dead wood eating the big salaries hide there and cover for each other. Fire HR for having a non existing performance management and expose internal corruption.
But where will they find another job doing nothing and make a bar a year...?... </s>

Unfortunately that is the way at large corporates...very few high-level managers are retrenched as the lower level base workers are usually the 1st to go.

I feel extremely sorry for the employees that are laid on the train tracks directly as a result of piss-poor upper management decisions. Would love to see some EWC on Hlaudi & Co's assets!

Retrench the board while you're at it. :rolleyes:
The Board has changed so many times over the last few years. The only thing worse than poor leadership, is unstable leadership. Also, we need to give the board around 24 months to see some results.
