Study forever!

^ That is all you will ever need to know - and since you have a sponsor, milk it to the bitter (or sweet) end.
I have a job and miss the freedom of studying, enjoying myself and having plenty of time to learn great new things.

The money you get froma job will never be as satisfying as your studying years, no matter what anyone says.

MSc will only make a difference when you looking for senior positions.
Hons will definitely help finding a new job at a good company with a good starting salary.
I would prefer working for a company that values a degree as University grads have a more holistic approach to Development. I am generalising here and accept that there are a few brilliant individuals out there without a degree.
