Leave it open but open a new thread for June in mean time
Summary of May
Started with bad speeds <73Kbits/sec (Bryanston tower)
And only one direction to point arial to get signal (it was full tho)
Found later on that another direction now gave signal this was Kialami tower(if found out later)
This gave speeds from 400Kbits to an impressive 1028Kbits
But we have been having disablilitating Disconnections of late lasting for up to 6hrs (during business hours) in one case
Wbs dealt with my calls by
1. first promising to come and fix the speed problem and never calling back or pitching
2. handing my over to their technical guys who called once, said they would call back and arrange a visit on the 30/5 for the 31/5 never called back after and never pitched
