(Maybe) a Pathetic question!

Good evening! I'm stuck on stupid...I would like to find out if it's possible to change the boot.ini in the bios...If not is there any other possibility of correcting the boot.ini if the OS does not boot! Please explain how if possible (maybe Dos) Or should I simply kiss the OS goodbye, and do a re-install

Your boot.ini is not in your bios. Why don't you explain what;s the actual problem, then maybe we can try and help. The more information the better

Boot from your Windows CD and run FIXBOOT at the Recovery Console. This will rewrite the current boot.ini file.
