MB for a Q9650

Processor - 7.4
Memory - 7.4
graphics - 7.3
gaming - 7.3
hard drive - 6.1 (really need to get a SSD)
 
Also, Core i5 just got released, so you might want to go for that

P7P55 motherbaord should be about R1900 en the CPU will be cheaper than a Q9650, while being 20-30% faster

then you can use your DDR3 ram
