Call block, trucaller. Block block block. They have been annoying me about a TV license for years, even though I only own PC monitors. I did the "right" thing to try and cancel my TVL, to no avail. It's easier to have your telkom account closed than TVL. Actually, easier having your identity stolen, fraudelent activities reversed, and dealing with the post office, than the SABC. **** em, they can all get bent.
