MCSE Senior 3rd Line Analyst (Projects) - Plattekloof

A call centre UK based company seeks to appoint a 3rd Line Analyst (Projects). The main focus of the job would be a technical, customer facing role that will be accountable for end-to-end customer design and implementation. The successful candidate would need to

• Design, coordinate and execute pilots, proof of concepts, provide validation on scenarios

• Interface with both the generalists and specialists in sales and delivery teams

• Manage client and vendor relations with a strong focus on bridging the gap between the client supplying requirements and vendor delivering upon them


Essential Skills :>>

• A healthy balance of technical savvy, business acumen, and subject matter expertise

• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google App Engine)

• Experience with DR solutions and providing SWOT analysis of DR tests

• Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper-V and Azure VMs

• Proficiency in developing solutions on Windows platform

• Solid PowerShell scripting expertise

• Virtual load balancers

• VMware vSphere

Essential Qualifications:>>

• MCSE 2012

• Microsoft Azure MCP (Exam 70-533)

• VCP (VMware Certified Professional) 5.x or higher

Advantageous

· * ITIL v3 Foundation

• Project management certification (e.g. Project+, Prince2 foundation)

• Network certification (e.g. CCNA)

• Citrix XenApp 5+

• SCCM 2012
