MEC steps down over luxury car

I don't think a R960 000 vehicle is good enough for our MEC's.

Lets see ... 50 000 for a RDP house excluding the cost of getting the building material to the site.
So, that's 19.2 houses that the poor MEC gets to drive around in.

I wonder how much insurance on that vehicle is per month?
My guess would be all of Alex' monthly electricity bill.

You know what, Zuma should not accept the "step-down".
The MEC must get her own transport sorted and begin paying us back for the car.
She can drive an UNO.

Concerns were raised about the car’s price tag, why the vehicle was not insured and why the MEC’s husband had been driving the state-owned car on the day it was stolen

From the article, no point arguing about how much insurance was spent :D

And all those saying this only happens in Europe will have to eat their shorts.

Just glad I don't pay tax! Otherwise every time I read an article like this I would freak out, maybe buy a snipers rifle and start to take out some of these thieving B@st@rds!

Now that's weird. mmmm makes you think why the car was stolen.... Either way... it's a win/win situation for her. Biach!
