So they picked it up on the last day of warranty? Makes sense that they'd repair it.
I also don't get this proof of purchase business in some cases. "Here's my serial number, that's my proof of purchase..."
It was 2 days out of warranty when I logged the call. They picked it up the next day and I phoned through with the date of purchase 2 days after that. I do agree though. I bought the notebook from Incredible Connection. I should not have to prove anything to Acer.
