As I get older I'm having to make upgrades to my life to avoid RSI and other work-related injuries. Something I've been looking at is a split keyboard like this:

A quick Google says yes and amazon lists them.

Dunno about your budget but checkout the ErgoDox EZ, you can custom design one to your liking, specifying just about everything including different switches from different manufacturers.

Yeah not cheap, I customised a ErgoDox and the price came to $350 excl shipping I think
