Isn't Mechwarrior 4 being released as a free download sometime soon? I recall reading something like that somewhere. They were releasing it to promote the new one they're developing IIRC.

I saw a worldwide petition for it somewhere, can't really remember, though. Seems quite a lot of petitions are going up lately. Signed one for Starcraft 2 last week.
