Media on PS3

Now with version 3.0 out, there is still no place for better media management.

1. Cannot browse Genre > Artist > Album -> Song. Only Genre > Song, Artist > Song and Album > Song. There only seems to be two levels.

2. No random play feature. Cannot select a folder or genre or what ever and random on it.

Or perhaps someone knows how to go about doing this?
