Sorry i haven't replied, was busy at work today.
I am happy to report that Esquire have contacted me and we have sorted out all my issues I had with them.
I will be receiving a full refund for the device.

This has got to be the most unprofessional response I think I have to date encountered from an official representative of a company on a public forum.

Please note: I haven't worked at Esquire in for nearly 6 months (yes this is Graham), and when i was working there I was always As helpful as possible with in Company rules, So I'm not sure what i did to deserve that kind of comment
