Media Player not streaming HD content

I'd just like to remind everyone that the original thread title was "Shocking Service From Esquire Durban!!!" and that the thread deals mostly with their poor service and poor responses.
 
We need a new thread, everyday till we get answers from the mods
 
I'd just like to state that due to the Streisand Effect, this good example of bad customer service has reached me and I will not be buying anything from Esquire again.

Sorry i haven't replied, was busy at work today.

I am happy to report that Esquire have contacted me and we have sorted out all my issues I had with them.
I will be receiving a full refund for the device.

Sorry but i stumbled onto this thread and I just had to respond

Please note: I haven't worked at Esquire in for nearly 6 months (yes this is Graham), and when i was working there I was always As helpful as possible with in Company rules, So I'm not sure what i did to deserve that kind of comment
