Medical aids that don't pay

I came down with a chest infection in the UK not many weeks ago - Dr's visit and course of antibiotics cost me less than £8 - their system may have it's faults but it sure beats what we've got in SA now IMO.

I'm all for it as well. The "20 years" is what I read in an "official" article recently.
