Reporter just stated a very simple, yet extremely worrying fact:

Total debt is sitting at R3trn and expected to balloon to R4.5trn
That is within the next 5-years.

That means a 50% increase in gross debt which, simply annualised, is 10% growth per year. Debt growing more than double inflation whilst GDP growth isn't expected to top 2% anywhere within that decade, even compounded?

Billions don't mean anything to these trough feeders anymore. Now they move on to Trillions...
