hi there


has anyone had trouble with the telkom mega 100wr wireless mine just stopped functioning.... it shows in the admin page that it is up but there is no signal the light is dead only the wired is working.... is there a genereal problem with the routers?

Try to hard reset it and see if that helps otherwise its just general telkom crock that packed up and you should get a replacement if its under warranty.

I have a mega 100WR and it started to reset often after the eskom load shedding yesterday. Its ok now.

It could be telkom reseting users lines they dont like...

dam ok then and i did a hard reset it still dead the wired works fine just the wireless and majority of household use the wireless with our notebooks only xbox and my server that use the wired. had to run a dam 45m cable from garage to my desk just to use net.... typical dam telkom whats there problem

Yes. Mine did this about 6 weeks ago. It's now about 1 year old.

I had to upgrade the firmware and it has worked fine ever since. I found the upgrade procedure on the website but can't remember how I found the website. It was the website for the manufacturers of the router.
