So I had subscribed to the unlimited service with them for a few months with “unlimited” minutes airtime having ported from FNB which had
a similar service.

My understanding is that is was a promo they offered which you were able to stay on once subscribed.

Now all of a sudden they changed the service to “uncapped” and when you see the small print this is now “capped” at 750 minutes FUP.

Anyone else think this is unfair?
 
It seems they changed their policies recently without communicating it to their customers.
I signed up with them for the data that never expires, but now suddenly it expires after 30 days.
Time to start looking at other operators.

I think the fact that there was no clarity about the fact that this wound change even when we signed up let alone changing it without communication is like click bait and scandalous.

I think myBB should do an article on this @Hanno Labuschagne
 
It’s prepaid service just port away.

Weird my 50gb bundle still has no expiry.
 
Aaa. ok. That's the problem then. I am on prepaid. But i still joined for the never expire data, witch is now not available anymore.

Weird that they call them uncapped when they're not at all. Still very good for the price, but don't call it uncapped.

Exactly ! Uncapped for data with a FUP that slows speed makes sense.
But how can you call it uncapped minutes and impose a limit ?
 
By now we all know uncapped and uncapped are two different things in this country depending on who you ask.

They call it uncapped, I call it 750min. Who's gonna stop them?

I totally agree it's a good deal. But then sell me a fscking 750min, 5gb product. Not uncapped.

I guess seeing as people can identify as a mouse pad they can call it uncapped. I donno
 
It seems their "uncapped" refers to the mins and sms... not data
