Hi everyone.

I have Melon Mobile which is running on MTN’s network as my secondary SIM card (eSIM). I have just got a new phone.

I cannot transfer over this eSIM and have absolutely no idea how to generate a new QR code in the app. Any ideas?

You have to chat with them on WhatsApp and they’ll port you to a new esim.
