Hi guys,

Do any of you know of any natural method to help me improve my memory and concentration?
Both my long term and short term memory is stuffed, with short term being worse.
The concentration problem is a big issue currently, I get bored and start doing repetitive tasks, while not giving attention to what I'm suppose to do.

There's specific meds that helped me (psychological), but due to finances I haven't been able to afford it for a few years (cost was a couple of 1000 per month).

Any advice or guidance will be appreciated.
Just starting the thread shows me that I need to get this in check.

Thanks :)

Less drugs, both prescription and not.
Did you read that I'm looking for a natural method?
I can't drop my medication. Unless you like seeing a raging bull that suffers from bipolar disorder.

Keen Mind is not bad.

Exercise.
Eat whole foods.
Keep the cannabis for the weekends.
Get sleep and don't use devices right until you get into bed.

Beyond that you can look at things like:
Gotu Kola
Bacopa
Holy Basil
Lions Mane Mushroom
etc.

but I doubt you'll get the immediate results you seek from those. Best just to incorportate a wide range of herbs and spices into your diet. And I wouldn't bother down the nootropics rabbit hole with things like piracetam etc.

Play memory games.

My Granddad passed at the age of 97 but his memory was very sharp, He used to play Sudoku, do crosswords, Puzzle building etc.
We bought him a 10.1" tablet at one stage, so he can play these memory games.
They do actually help

But, if your memory is already shot, aren't you playing those games just as a way of life?
Like: did I switch the stove off? Where are my car keys? Where's my car? Where do I live? What's my name again?

Oh, I take 5-HTP daily as well. Although it assists with serotonin synthesis more, I find lower stress helps the mind and memory overall. And it helps sleep.

Please do do the omegas. My son and I know exactly where you are at .........
I used to use Omega products moons ago. It did help, but didn't "fix" it.
A lot in my body is damaged after my OD attempts. The memory and attention span is just getting too much for me.

Thank you. I haven't heard of it, searched and it seems good enough to try.
