How to set my virtual memory ?
When i run photoshop ,added one PSD document ,it revealed the disk was full, really not cool,my laptop is acer 4520G,1G memory. If it not do,so how to add one memory?the more details ,the better.Thank you.

you set your virtual memory by going into System Properties, then advanced, then Performance.

Um, but in any case, you probably running out of ram, and photoshop is throwing a fit now because it can only load 1/2 the image. I suggest you get more ram, simply because of late, more and more programs are becoming ram eating fiends (seeing as most pc's these days have so much ram, the programmers can afford to be sloppy). 2gig's is really the limit for any pc these days, even XP (In ideal my pc, which is XP uses 900mb of ram... )

Virtual memory is just a quick fix to the actual problem. It's like giving a child Ritalin, when the actual problem is the child is eating too many sweets.
