Her behavior sounds like something that fits into a group of behaviors called Personality Disorders. If it's affecting your life and your relationship then I'd suggest doing some reading up on this and if it's sounds like a Personality Disorder then consider therapy.

In the mean time, the best thing you can do is just to speak to her. She's not pissed off about what you posted on Facebook, she's pissed off about something else. Try listening to her and she will open up to her.
There's a simple technique you can use called Reflection, basically just sit down and start a conversation with her then whatever she says, just repeat it. (Not word-for-word else she will get even more pissed off with you ;-) Keep on repeating (reflecting like a mirror) whatever she says and make an effort not inject your feelings or opinion into the conversation, the point is to make the conversation about her (x2) and not about you.
Try it and see how it goes.
