Merc A-Class changes drastically to rival BMW 1 Series

Believe it or not I have driven this car already A couple weeks back when Mercedes had them over here for testing, drove the 2 litre petrol one with the turbo - really has some oomph ! Got a couple photos and videos but I dont think posting them would be a good idea seeing as I wasn't supposed to take em haha but really great car !

And tbh i really don't see much resemblence to other hatches in this merc other than for the doors that remind me of the mazda 2, design seems pretty original, the back of the new volvos look like they have copied audi though.

I see alot of the 1series from the middle to the back... The front however is nice and fresh!

Sigh, there goes the budget as the SWAMBO now wants to replace her A-Class when this hits our shores....

Although it has a similar lines to other brands, I love that front end.

I couldn't agree more!
I've always been taught by my dad that BMW is a mans car, Merc is for pensioners! lol. But dad... I may have to disagree this time (Cant believe i've just said that)

That's because it was (the first A-Class... the 2011 A-Class actually looks good).
