Message Server Expired

Hi Everyone,

My gf has this prob when trying to retrieve an MMS message. It just says "message server expired". Any1 know what the prob could be? She has a SE K750i on VC prepaid. I have downloaded the MMS profile settings from VC page, but did not help. SMS's are fine and internet working great. Would appreciate some help. Thanks!

Sure it's not an old message that was never downloaded?

Is the date & time set correctly on both the sending and receiving phones?

Might be a good idea to check the MMS settings by hand. THe APN, server url, etc.

Can you narrow it down to the handset or the SIM? I.e. try the SIM in another phone and try your SIM in that handset.
