Hi Grandmaster,
I have applied for a Smartplan 100 iPhone 5 on 23rd November in Telkom Midrand and approved the same day, appreciated that.
I have requested the staff / agent to port my cellc(hellomobile) to my contract.
I am also using 8ta 60+60 use for internet at home. So they ported to this data card instead of contract number.
And again went to store to correct it, they requested to do porting reversal. Then now that data card got new number and my cellc number is gone, its neither on cellc network nor on 8ta network. Again compalined at store, they tried to do something and it came back to 8ta again and still on data card.
they have tried for 10 days to port to my contract number, but she says she might lose the data on my data card which is around 10 GB still and 20 GB night data. Ofcourse I need that data and I don't want to lose it.
Now I dont want them to port it because it is taking so much time and end up carrying two phones and some times my phones number is on & off because of this mess.
I asked the agent to do sim swap to make data card into nano card, so I can use it in iPhone. They cant even do that because my data number is not in CRM.
What is happening guys. Cant you just port my number to contract and leave my data card with the actual data......
I have been a very good loyal customer to 8ta and all of my family members using 8ta. But after looking at this, seriously guys I want to convert everything to cellc.
Its already one month, I have patient for 1 month and cant resist to go and complain over social network.
