Vumatel did not roll out in PE. SADV did and that is now Vuma Villages but still SADV speeds apply.

On pricing I would say Openserve entry level and then Vumatel and FrogFoot for 1Gbps

On quality it has to be Openserve but not everywhere. PE, George, Mossel bay, East london, Stellenbosch those area have very limited backhaul to CPT. It's problematic.

If you take Vumatel or FrogFoot in JHB for example wow great performance and would probably be my recommended FNO.
