They do charge one but it ranges from R500 - R570.

Greencom said I have to use their mikrotik router. Plus install comes to R1750

Just got my mikrotik installed today.. It's completely locked down.. Can't access qos or even change my ssid/password for the wifi.. have to log a call at greencom to change any settings on the router.. It's ridiculous!

Thank god I went with Cool Ideas. Modem is open and installation was R570

Same with me. I went with home-connect. Installation was R550. I have full access to the Tenda router they gave me and the price is R650 for 25mbps up and down.

No complaints so far.

Nice yeah I was on the 25 /25 but upgraded to 50 50
