Metrofibre Down?

The problem seemed to have affected Metrofibre's Open Access Services.

Last update received was that the issue has been escalated to MFN's L3 Engineers and is being treated with the highest priority.

We trust that the team will restore connectivity soon.

SADV is also down for a long time now and the call centre is not answering

I am on FireStream on MFN
I woke up and some backups on the mobile that happen at 4am haven't happened.
 
Looks to be down on my side (Sunninghill). Also on firestream who’s support only opens at 9am. I wish they had a status page or something.
 
Also on firestream. Great ISP but support times are weak.

Yes Midrand. Every week this happens a few times. And usually they unaware until 100 people call in
 
No internet in Sunninghill this morning. Anyone aware of any issues with Firestream on Metrofibre?
