Metrofibre entered my banking and contact details incorrectly on their systems since April 2024. I received no invoices or contact. Was then saddled with a big bill in April 2025. I made payment arrangements and request my contact and banking details be corrected. It was not. Although i made backpayments i was still disconnected twice. This last time its been more than 48 hours and they have not reconnected me as they are waiting for payments to clear implying that i am a risk despite their poor service. Their helpline (whatsapp as well) is a joke and I waiting hours for assistance online. When i eventually got hold of them i was left on hold for almost an hour and then was adviced the finance team had knocked off for the day. Do better Metrofibre.
