So metrofibre started laying fibre in our complex last year February. They only finished up last month. I was excited and ordered my fibre straight from them. And damn are they expensive. More than R1000 for 25mb speed. Monday comes and they sent a tech to test the line and there was a fault.
Wednesday the guys pitched up and installed a new line from the street into my house. Thursday a tech pitches up tests everything and he says he can activate the line for me. The ONT/router works fine but no internet coming through.
Now he's chilling there waiting for it to come on for more than 1 hour and metrofibre not activating it. He activated a few houses in my complex before me and all of them activated within 5 mins.
I called metrofibre, sent them emails and spoke to the tech again and no one knows whats going on. They dont have any answers for me on whats going on. I spoke to magagers, techs, sales EVERYONE.
Is there someone here who can help me get this idiots to get my over expensive internet activated and get me to pay them more than R1000 for some service?
