So Metrofibre went down around KwaThema (GP) at around 14:00 on the 19/03/2023 and to date there's no official statement from the company what is the actual problem or cause. Is anyone else around GP experiencing this?

MFN has suspended repairs in the area due to safety issues. The local "construction mafias" are refusing technicians to enter the area until their demands are met. No ETA on repair or when services will resume in this area.

So at 04:13 network was restored. Does that mean the mafias and service providers had come to some agreement?

Are we now going to use mafias as a shield to cover for inefficiencies. Your so called updates since Wednesday did not make sense...each message read different to the other leaving one with more questions than answers

However with all that said mina you will refund me in full amount for the service not rendered.
