MFN go live help

Hey Guys
Anyone know who can help with a go live date for my
area? The build was completed around 6/7 weeks ago and my TP was done also, but the fibre in my area has not be lit yet. A complex a few 100m away has however gone live about a month back. I tired calling MFN but keep getting different answers, first it was 16 October, then they say first week in November, then end November, and now it’s apparently next year.

How long does it normally take to go live after the build ?

Hey Zanai.

The build in my complex to 3 months from installation to activation. I remember that testing tookplace within the last month & some replacements had to be made to some of the links.

Got feedback from MFN about this if anyone is interested, MFN will go live in my area only in April 2021, that’s 7 months after the build was completed. MFN sucks

That's alarming. They're finishing up/finished in my area. Don't see them for a few days then next thing you know they're digging up the road.

The round box in the ground has some pipes in it but that's all. Doesn't look like anything is in them either.

Its a horrible wait i tell you , knowing your so close but yet so far....
Guess will have to wait another 7 months before i can hook my GT-Ac2900
