Mi Box S (Optical)

I'm looking to get the Xiaomi Mi Box S to connect to a soundbar, i have a toslink/optical cable but I've read on some specifications that there isn't an input on the mi box for the optical cable yet some other sites says there is.

Does anyone have the Mi Box S and can confirm?

you mean does it have optical output to your soundbar or amp? Yes it does.
You won't need any adapters for the optical cable as it supports SPDIF out using a standard optical cable.
