KillSw!tch, I'd be emailing MS EU back directly and stating that that is an unacceptable explanation.

MI Digital is tasked with being the distributor/supporter of the Xbox360 in this country. If they can't get their stock levels right, a better company should be found. It doesn't take 2 months to get new stock in, plus with decent trending software etc those monkeys should have been able to get new stock delivered before the old stock ran out.

+1 million, I dont see other companies out of stock for months at a time, a 5 year old in a cave could do better stock control than they do.

The EU company is just as frustrated as we are guys. There must be some sort of communication gap between EU and SA. - well on the bright side MI digital called me today(wow, that alone is a HUGE improvement coming from MI digital's side) confirming my adress and everything, saying that my Xbox should be on my doorstep Next week... Im not getting my hopes up, but I'm gonna hope anyway. Oh yeah, MI digital should be nominated for thee most unfriendliest company out there.

I had an even worse run around with them. I would rather have my Xbox repaired over and over for a fee than wait 2 1/2 months for it. The only place where I ever got worse service was in a McDonald's in Potchefstroom.
