1. "Not all cultures are equal, not all values are equal ... France had a beautiful culture – the French culture is actually diminished, it's going away." November 2005 during her first run for Congress.

2. "I wish the American media would take a great look at the views of the people in Congress and find out: Are they pro-America or anti-America?" October 2008.

3. "Carbon dioxide is portrayed as harmful. But there isn't even one study that can be produced that shows that carbon dioxide is a harmful gas." April 2009.

4. "I find it interesting that it was back in the 1970s that the swine flu broke out under another, then under another Democrat president, Jimmy Carter. I'm not blaming this on President Obama, I just think it's an interesting coincidence." April 2009

5. "Don't misunderstand. I am not here bashing people who are homosexuals, who are lesbians, who are bisexual, who are transgender. We need to have profound compassion for people who are dealing with the very real issue of sexual dysfunction in their life and sexual identity disorders." November 2004.

LOL but the best one is when she compared herself to a serial killer, that should make the top 5 for sure.

Does she at least know what year it is?

:D

sigh

I've often wondered if her and Palin are actually very, very smart women who say stupid s**t just to get themselves in the headlines to show that they support the ideologies of the very large conservative religious population in order to garner their votes.

Reminds me of Barack Obama when he said he believes marriage is the union between a man and a woman (16th of August 2008)....oops, wasn't supposed to mention that, sorry, all hail the saviour.

:)

PS: Bachman is just, yuegh, she is not even worthy of insults as she has no chance of winning the Republican nomination and even less chance of beating Obama.

My favourite ever is from another lady. Christine O'Donnel's campaign ad: "I'm not a witch".

Link.

To be fair, she actually didn't do that.

Not directly, of course not.

It was her ignorance on the topic, like her ignorance on many things.
I just got 3 Reps I dislike. Palin, Bachmann and Herman Cain. Especially the last two, granted Palin is ignorant, the last two are such bigots.

Amazing this bizarre fetish some people have for these nobodies while the president can get away with not knowing how many states there are in the U.S or that Austrians don't actually speak "Austrian"....

Go suck on some carbon since it's not harmful. It is similar to oxygen just more yummy :p
Maybe you mean carbon dioxide, but then again maybe you don't - know the diffs? I s'pose you're part of the loopy crowd that love to ban natural compounds that are essential to life on earth. Without CO2, life on earth ends. Plants depend on it, and thence pretty much everything else. It's no more a pollutant that water, despite what the EPA says.

Oh, and if you think human CO2 production has any effect on the planet/climate, bear in mind that one little eruption like Mt Pinatubo spews out more CO2 and other 'bad stuff' in 3 months than the entire human production in all of history.

Question remains unanswered.

Go suck on some and let's see how harmful it is.

Sometimes something essential can be turned into something destructive, we are emitting far too much and that could very well be the end of life on planet earth.

It is the main reason for global warming. We put out 400 x more than all the volcano's on the planet. We should drop nuclear energy and ramp up burning coal since this gas is the main need for our survival. We may as well pump as much as we can into the atmosphere to ensure life survives.

Wow Arthur are you not the shining beacon of everything that is knowledgeable? Props to you for defending an idiot.
CO2 is needed, DUH (photosynthesis). Too much CO2 is harmful, DUH (global warming).
