We’re getting reports that the Microsoft Ban Hammer has crashed down again, this time targeting Gears of War 2 and Call of Duty 5 pirates. Heres one quote from one angry forum user:

"ooh well, dammit! this sux ass! was sittin’ here catchin’ up on some hulu stuff… and low and behold i get a message, disconnected from xbl. didn’t think much of it. then i’m imin’ with a friend of mine, and he asks, can you get on xbl… test connection… YOU’VE BEEN BANNED!!! argh. owell”

Oh well cant say we didn’t warn you! Another member believes it isn’t anything to do with Gears of War 2 saying:

“I did NOT play gear of war early, i played if for the first time to day. So this does not only affect those who played gears early.”

There’s one thing in common in these comments (No, not there very bad grammar and spelling) They all have modified Xbox’s so here’s a warning kids - Don’t play with mod kits!

Its because he's a pirate that uses no live support as justification, but honestly, if it bugs you so much, why didnt you get a PS3 instead, they have local support.
